Stefan Kainbacher is an artist, designer and researcher working at the intersection of plant sensing, artificial intelligence, and immersive media environments. His doctoral project TRIALOGUE explores more-than-human modes of communication by developing hybrid systems in which plants, machines, and humans co-produce audiovisual ecologies. His practice combines sensor-based experimentation, posthuman theory, and real-time audiovisual composition to investigate how nonhuman forms of cognition and agency can be made perceptible.
