An experimental micro-architecture project, Tiny Estate explores the potential of small-scale living through rigorous spatial organization and innovative construction techniques. The project emphasizes a minimal footprint with a clearly defined thermal envelope, precision-cast concrete components, and a finely articulated assembly logic. Through a combination of cast-in-place and ultra-high-performance precast concrete elements, the structure demonstrates both material efficiency and refined detailing. Integrated openings and transitional zones—carefully oriented in response to cardinal directions—enhance the quality of interior experience, blending structural clarity with spatial intimacy.
