The course accompanies Architectural Design 5 (the pre-diploma project). According to their individual interests, the students define a construction topic that supports and/or complements the studio’s design brief. The architectural design is enriched by technical considerations. Experimental approaches that start from a careful examination of standard building methods and explore unconventional constructions are welcome.
